Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription from the account control panel at any time.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, we do not require any credit card information to sign up.

During my trial, will I get all the features?

Yes, during the 30 day trial you can use all the features that Beetailer offers.

What happens when my 30 day trial finishes?

We will move you automatically to the free plan and we will limit your account. In case you want to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do it from the 'Manage Subscription' section in the control panel

If I have a free plan, do I have to give my credit card information?

No, we do not require your credit card information for the free plan. Only in case you want to choose a paid plan, we will create a Paypal subscription for you.

I do not have Magento, Magento Go, Prestashop nor Shopify, can I still use Beetailer?

Yes. You can create your store from scratch, uploading your products and categories from the Beetailer dashboard.

Can change my plan at any time?

Absolutely, you can downgrade/upgrade your plan from your subscription management page.

What does num max product mean?

It is the number of your products you want to publish on Facebook. Please, contact us if you are not sure what this means.

What does 'Max Participants' mean?

It is the number of people that you can set/reach for each promotion. In a contest it means that you would need to give away the prize when you reach this number and in a promotion discount, it means that you only can give this number of discounts. If you still have doubts about what it is, you can check out this thread .

What does 'Autoupdate Products' mean?

It is the frequency with which we synchronize your existing store with the FaceBook store. This includes images, stock information and so on.
